I am so impressed with this company. I called and spoke to a lady at the NSW store and she was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Unlike other stores they had everything in stock ready to go. The staff members I've met have all been super knowledgeable and have either tested all the gear in that store themselves or know someone who has. This means you will get real feedback and real recommendations, not just guessing in the dark. I've also noticed they sell some of the same gear as the other equestrian franchises in the area for less! So save a few bucks and support local ✌️

I recently visited Aussie saddlery being my local saddlery store, and I must say I find the staff always so helpful and willing to give me their time. I needed some advice on one of my horses needs, and the girls went out of their way to help me. Looking forward to my next visit, love checking out all the new products they have available. Recently I bought a new saddle from Aussie Saddlery. When I put in on my horse I realized that it needed an adjustment. I returned to Aussie Saddlery and they made the adjustment on the spot. The process took quite a significant amount of time but the only thing I was asked to pay for was the new gullet. The service was outstanding and provided with such good grace. Aussie Saddlery will certainly be my first port of call for all future equestrian needs. They have a great range of stock and the prices are very good.
